The English Company is a specialist provider of products and services related to the English language teaching industry.

Based in Tokyo, Japan, the company was founded in February 2006, by two veteran English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teachers, who have more than forty years teaching experience between them.

The company has activities in a number of complementary business areas: creation, publication and marketing of its own EFL materials, publication and marketing of materials for other EFL specialist authors; EFL teaching and curriculum design services; and a special advisory service for Japanese EFL students wishing to study abroad in various countries around the world.
