Choose your own programme at a top British university
Due to our excellent relationship with a large number of British universities, we are able to offer you the chance to study almost anything you would like. Programmes can be selected to suit your requirements. You could: a) Join a full intensive language programme; b) Combine a language course with other regular academic classes; c) Take only regular academic classes (for those who satisfy the English language level proficiency requirements); d) Take a summer programme.

JYA (junior year abroad / study abroad year)
To start your UK university experience, you could take a JYA programme for a term, two terms or a full year, studying virtually anything. Grades and courses taken in the UK can count towards your education in Japan.

IFP (foundation year) programmes
If you intend to study a full degree programme in Britain, you will need to complete the International Foundation Year programme designed to provide you with the basic language and study skills for studying at university level in Britain.

Undergraduate (bachelor) degree programmes
Enter a three-year degree programme in English language studies or other academic areas. Degree courses are available in a wide range of areas including popular fields of study, such as English language teaching, overseas development, environmental issues, etcetera.

Graduate programmes (master and doctoral programmes)
Master and doctoral programmes are available in a wide range of specialty areas including English language teaching, for those who wish to further enhance their knowledge and qualifications.

Do it in three years instead of four
British education is more intensive than elsewhere and takes undergraduate students to graduation in three years instead of four. This can save you 25% of the costs of studying for a bachelor’s degree compared with other countries.

On campus accommodation available
On campus accommodation is guaranteed to overseas students on long-term programmes at most universities.

Excursions, cultural visits and sightseeing tours included
Excursions will be included as part of all programmes. In many cases it may be possible to tailor excursion plans for your requirements.
